A Fremont man faces various charges from a Monday morning incident.
At about 3:05 a.m., police responded to the 3000 block of Dawn Drive in reference to a trespassing complaint.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Joshua R. Knappert, 40, for third-degree domestic assault, possession of a controlled substance, second-degree trespassing and disturbing the peace.
