At about 8:13 p.m. Wednesday, Fremont police responded to the 1000 block of West Ninth Street in reference a reckless driver.
Officers determined the complaint to be valid. The driver, Mathew P. Severin, 39, of Weston attempted to avoid contact with the police and was arrested for obstructing an officer.
