Fremont police responded at 12:58 a.m. Tuesday to the 1200 block of North Morrell Street in reference to a disturbing the peace complaint.
Officers located a party where underage drinking was occurring. Luis F. Perez Molina, 21, of Omaha attempted to flee and was arrested for obstruction.
The investigation also resulted in the following individuals being issued citations:
Irma L. Lopez, 50, of Fremont for disturbing the peace and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Aalyah Aguilar, 19, of Fremont for MIP.
Dahlia M. Hernandez, 20, of Fremont for MIP.
Draven A. Kruse, 20, of Fremont for MIP.
Alia A. Medina, 20 of Omaha for MIP.
Emily M. Montenegro, 20, of Wayne for MIP.
Jazlynn R. Moyeda-Niz, 18, of Omaha for MIP.
Eybar Obregon Fernandez, 18, of Lincoln for MIP.
Taylor J. Perovich, 18, of Omaha for MIP.
Alexandria Ramos Jimenez, 20, of Fremont for MIP.
Fabian Rodriguez, 18 of Bellevue for MIP.
Four juveniles were also cited for MIP.
