A homeless man faces charges from a disturbance at about 5:45 Saturday afternoon in the 800 block of East 23rd Street.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of Dennis L. Ghostbear, 58, for disorderly conduct, second-degree trespassing and disturbing the peace.
