A Fremont man faces various charges following an accident Tuesday morning.
At about 10:10 a.m., Fremont police investigated the accident in the 1300 block of North Monroe Street. As a result of that investigation Cruz (NMI) Hernandez De La Cruz 29 of Fremont was arrested for third-offense DUI, driving during revocation, false reporting, no proof of insurance and open alcohol container.
