Fremont police were called at about 4:01 p.m. Thursday to a business in the 400 block of North Main Street.
The reporting party advised an individual had been loitering on the property cussing at customers and making threats. Mark A. Gutz, 63, who is homeless, was arrested for disturbing the peace.
