Fremont police responded to a disturbance complaint at about 11:11 Thursday night at a business in the 1200 block of East 23rd Street.
An investigation determined the complaint to be valid. Steven R. Perkins, 32, of Cornersville, Tennessee, was arrested for obstructing a police officer.
