Colin Ridder had three hits and Landon Schurman knocked in three runs to spark the RVR Bank Seniors to a 4-2 win over Lincoln Northwest on Wednesday night.
RVR struck for three runs in the first inning and outhit Northwest 10-8.
Schurman tripled and doubled for RVR. Brandt Phillips doubled and singled and scored twice.
Logan Eggen got the win and Jariel Ortiz-Garcia got the save. The two combined to strike out three.
On Tuesday night, RVR rallied with four runs in the bottom of the seventh to defeat Lincoln Southwest 7-6.
Brooks Eyler doubled and singled to spark RVR’s attack. Ortiz-Garcia, Schurman and Eggen had one hit each.
Nolane Jones worked 2 1/3 innings of relief for the win. He allowed an unearned run on two hits and a walk while striking out one. Phillips worked 4 2/3 innings and struck out seven.
