Fremont police responded at 5:30 Thursday night to the 600 block of West Sixth Street in reference to a disturbance.
An investigation was conducted and the complaint was determined to be valid. James W. Alvarez, 27, homeless, was arrested for disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
