An incident that occurred Monday morning has resulted in the arrest of a Fremont man.
Police investigated the incident at about 1:05 a.m. that occurred earlier in the 2100 block of Elm Street. David LT Rhone, 20, was arrested for third-degree domestic assault and child abuse negligently/no injury
