A Waterloo man has died following a motorcycle crash on Wednesday night.
According to a news release, Douglas County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the area of 1150 River Road Drive, southeast of Waterloo, at about 8 p.m.
Authorities discovered Robert Hanusek, 58, injured next to his motorcycle. Paramedics transported him to Creighton University Medical Center-Bergan Mercy in Omaha where he was pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation.
