Fremont police responded to a call at 2:47 Saturday morning at the 1400 block of East First Street for a possible assault and burglary.
During the investigation, a Fremont man misidentified himself and possessed a fraudulent identification card.
Lucas E. Lopez Garcia, 20, was arrested for criminal impersonation and possession of a fake ID card.
