Fremont police responded at about 11:50 Wednesday night to the 300 block of North Crosby Street for a 911 hang-up.
Upon arrival, police determined a domestic assault had taken place. Roberto Ramos Ordonez, 25, Fremont was arrested for third degree domestic assault, assault by strangulation and child abuse.
