A pasta dinner fundraiser is scheduled for later this month to support Pathways to Tomorrow (P2T) area students going to HOSA’s International Leadership Conference in Dallas.
HOSA is a global student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services and several federal and state agencies. HOSA’s mission is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community, through education, collaboration, and experience.
Officials said a combined 17 students from Howells-Dodge, Oakland-Craig, Pender, West Point-Beemer, Bancroft-Rosalie and West Point GACC have qualified to represent the state in Dallas.
The event is scheduled for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. April 30 at the Nielsen Center in West Point. A silent auction will be available to bid on during the dinner. The cost for the dinner is $10 each.
RSVP to the event by Saturday by contacting Gina Holtz at 402-380-0720.
