Spirited Choices LLC and author Bart Mruz announce the debut of the new book “All My Clothes Were White: The Spirited Life, Pre-Heaven Visit, and Peaceful Death of My Mom, Jean Mruz.”
The book release was timed to commemorate Jean’s birthday. The book chronicles Jean’s life, faith, and family as it tells the heartwarming story of her peaceful passing.
“My mother didn’t fear death; she embraced the promise of eternal life. She taught us by living well through words and deeds that a legacy of faith and love lives on,” said Mruz, a Fremont native. “She visited Heaven before she died and let us know that she was prepared to leave her earthly body behind. Initially, I feared her departure, but in her way, Mom’s passing brought me joy and reassurance.”

Mruz will be signing copies of his book during an Author Meet and Greet from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Milady Coffeehouse, located at 105 East Sixth Street.
In his book, Mruz shares stories of growing up in Fremont as the youngest of Walt and Jean Mruz’s five children. His mother was always present with her quick wit and deep faith.
Mruz hopes that his telling of her story will bring hope and comfort to others who are dealing with the death of a loved one or working through the emotions connected with death and dying.
The book is available at www.AllMyClothesWereWhite.com and Amazon.com. It can also be ordered from retailers worldwide.
