Fremont police arrested a Lincoln man on Friday morning for felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police were called at 6:56 a.m. to the 300 block of East Sixth Street to conduct a welfare check on an individual. Contact was made with Scotty R. Glassco, 55, of Lincoln and drugs were located.
