Fremont police investigated a possible threat against a student at Johnson Crossing Academic Center on Monday night.
The potential threat was reported at about 6 p.m. After an investigation, police determined that the threat did not have credibility.
Fremont Public Schools officials said they take all reports seriously and share them immediately with law enforcement. They stress that student and staff safety is the top priority.
Officials thanked the student for reporting the potential threat.
