A call from a concerned citizen resulted in the arrest of an impaired driver at 10:52 Sunday morning in Fremont.
Officers investigated the report and arrested Cohen B. Zurcher, 20, of Fremont for driving under the influence of a drug, refusal of a chemical test, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
