Fremont police investigated a motorcycle accident at 1 a.m. Sunday at Fourth Street and Park Avenue.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Curston V. Hageman, 34, of Fremont for first-degree assault on an officer, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test and refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test.
