Fremont police and the Fremont Fire Department responded at 2:06 Thursday morning to a medical emergency in the 700 block of West 11th Street.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Troy D. Humphrey, 51, of Fremont for third-degree domestic assault.
