Omaha man faces charges following traffic stop

At 4:45 Tuesday afternoon, the Fremont Police Department received a call about a possible impaired driver.
The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. Following an investigation, the complaint was determined to be valid.
The driver, Daniel Ramos Benito, 26, of Omaha was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and no operator’s license.
