Fremont police officers responded at about 4:46 Friday afternoon to the 1300 block of Maxwell Avenue for a physical disturbance.
Officers arrived and determined the complaint to be valid with the disturbance resulting in an injury.
Kyle J. Phillips, 27, of Fremont was arrested for third-degree domestic assault.
