An investigation by Fremont police on Saturday night led to a man’s arrest.
At about 8 p.m., police responded to a child abuse complaint in the 700 block of North Park Avenue. The complaint was determined to be valid and Omar S. Moreno, 34, of Fremont was arrested for IIIAF child abuse.
