A Fremont man was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic assault on Friday night.
At about 9:40 p.m., police responded to the 2000 block of East Donna Street in reference to a physical disturbance. An investigation determined the complaint to be valid.
Perry G. Cole Jr., 41, of Fremont was then arrested.
