Fremont police responded to a disturbance complaint at about 7:40 Friday night in the 800 block of South Broad Street.
Following an investigation, King Betts, 18, of Fremont was arrested for: obstructing a peace officer, false reporting and minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
A juvenile was cited for involvement in the incident.
