A North Bend woman was cited Tuesday morning on suspicion of possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Rachel R. Raymond, 21, was cited at about 8 a.m. after an officer on patrol contacted Raymond who was sitting in a parked vehicle at Johnson Lake in the 4000 block of east Military Avenue. When the officer contacted Raymond, the odor of burnt marijuana emanated from her car.
A search of her car yielded items of drug paraphernalia, including a pipe (with a small amount of marijuana in it) and a grinder.
