Man cited for leaving scene of accident

At about 8:45 Saturday night, Carlos P. Bernabe-Escobar, 31, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and driving with a revoked license. 
 
Bernabe-Escobar was cited following a single-car property damage incident in the 1300 block of north Linden Avenue.
