FPS updates COVID-19 numbers

Fremont Public School released its COVID-19 update on Friday afternoon. 
 
There were 25 students absent Friday due to a positive COVID-19 test. There were 102 students not in school due to quarantine for exposure while 163 were absent for any illness. 
 
There were two employees not working due to a positive COVID-19 test. One was not working due to quarantine for exposure while 38 certified teaching staff were not at work for any reason. 
 
FPS officials continue to monitor the situation.
