Police probe theft of electric bicycle

Fremont police are investigating a theft from Thursday morning. 
 
At about 11:15 a.m., a residence in the 1400 block of north Grant Street reported that a black Rad brand electric bicycle was stolen. 
 
The bicycle had a basket on the front as well as a mounted phone holder and water bottle holder. The bike is valued at $2,000.
