Fremont man accused of third-degree assault

Lucio Miranda Gomez, 26, of Fremont was arrested Wednesday night on suspicion of third-degree assault following a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 600 block of east Ninth Street. 
 
Gomez is accused of striking a female acquaintance during a disagreement and inflicting minor injury.
