A Fremont man was arrested at 4 Saturday morning on suspicion of driving while under the influence.
The arrest of Pascual L. Bernabe, 21, occurred following a one-car rollover property damage accident in the 800 block of north Nye Avenue.
Bernabe was also charged with refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test.
