A Fremont man was cited Wednesday night on suspicion of criminal mischief and disturbing the peace following a complaint at a residence in the 2000 block of north Lincoln Avenue.
Scott E. Fincham, 52, is accused of confronting a neighbor over a driving dispute and banging on the door of the neighbor’s house at about 8:15 p.m. He is also accused of causing damage to a window screen on the door.
Damage is estimated at $10.
