An Omaha man was cited at about 8:30 Thursday morning on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than one ounce at a residence in the 200 block of north Crosby Street.
Michael C. Witmer, 22, of Omaha was cited after officers served an outstanding Dodge County warrant on Lashay Aguilar, 21, of Fremont. While taking Aguilar into custody, a small amount of marijuana was observed in plain view by the officers and Witmer took ownership of it.
