A Valley man was cited Saturday morning on suspicion of theft by shoplifting at a business in the 3000 block of east 23rd Avenue North.
Matthew A. Schellen, 36, of Valley was cited at about 6:45 a.m. He is accused of taking food and clothing items. The estimated loss is $15.
