The Bergan girls golf team played in a triangular at Stone Creek Golf Course, Thursday. Bennington was first a 185. Bergan was second at 233, while Bennington’s B Team shot 264 and Arlington shot 278. Abby LaSure of Bennington was the meet medalist with a 43. Bergan’s Olivia Prauner finished fifth, shooting a 49.
The Bergan boys cross-country team finished second in the East Butler Invite at Timber Point Recreation Area, Tuesday, scoring 38 points. Malcolm finished first at 35. Carter Demuth led the Knights, finishing fifth in 22:05.
The Archbishop Bergan volleyball team began the 2021 season with a win at Omaha Roncalli Catholic, Thursday, three sets to one, 25-18, 25-20, 20-25, 25-23. Kaitlyn Mlnarik led the Knights with 13 kills and 13 digs. Bergan plays at Lincoln Christian, Tuesday.
