Disturbance leads to man’s arrest

A Fremont man was arrested on Saturday night on suspicion of assault and strangulation following a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 1800 block of Gaeth Avenue. 
 
Edgar M. Carrillo-Carrillo, 31, is accused of shoving an acquaintance and then choking her.
