A Fremont man faces charges following a traffic stop at about 4:30 Wednesday afternoon.
Jeremy Cerritos-Garcia, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance (THC Wax) after he was stopped in the 2300 block of north Broad Street.
