Library board recommends England-Biggs as director

Laura England-Biggs is a step closer to being the new Keene Memorial Library Director. 
 
The library advisory board unanimously voted to recommend England-Biggs for that position during Monday night’s meeting. The recommendation will go to Fremont Mayor Joey Spellerberg who will take it to the city council for confirmation on May 25. 
 
England-Biggs has worked at Keene for more than 15 years, starting as an assistant director in 2004. 
 
England-Biggs said it has been a privilege to serve the citizens of Fremont and she is honored by the board’s recommendation.
