Abducted Fremont boy found safe in Missouri

Fremont police have confirmed that a 6-year-old boy who was reported abducted Thursday night has been located in Boonville, MO., and is safe. 
 
The suspect in the abduction, Tomas A. Juarez, 38, of Fremont is in custody in Boonville. It is believed the child is the son of Juarez. 
 
Fremont authorities said the investigation is still active and charges are pending. Arrangements are being made to have the boy returned to Nebraska. 
 
The pair were located in Boonville, which is part of the Columbia metropolitan area, after reports were received that they were seen at a truck stop there.
