Fremont police are investigating several incidents from Wednesday.
At about 4:40 p.m., Christopher LR Beauregard, 37, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of third-degree assault after officers responded to a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 800 block of North Main Street.
Beauregard is accused of inflicting minor injury to a resident there. He was also charged with disturbing the peace and was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant.
Earlier that day, at 8:35 a.m., Kyle AJ Beebee, 35, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
Beebee was located at a residence in the 300 block of East Linden Avenue where he had been previously told he was not welcome. He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
At 8:45 p.m., Carlos A. Pineda-Aguilar, 34, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of North Bell Street.
Pineda-Aguilar was also cited for failure to signal and no operator’s license.
