A Fremont woman is facing charges after a traffic stop Monday morning.
Madison M. Griffis, 19, was cited on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia following the traffic stop near Military Avenue and Morrell Street.
Griffis was the passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for expired registration stickers.
During the stop, the officer noted the odor of burnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded a small amount of marijuana and a pipe which Griffis said was hers.
Mycal S. Hansen, 20, of Fremont and an 18-year-old female were cited for being minors in possession of alcohol.
