Bergan Baseball
The Archbishop Bergan baseball team defeated Norfolk, 13-4 at Vet’s Memorial Park, in Norfolk, last night. Bergan scored seven runs in the top of the sixth to secure the win. Jax Sorenson was 3-for-4. Cal Janke was 2-for-4 with three rbi’s. Landon Mueller was the winning pitcher, working 4.2 innings, giving up two runs on one hit while striking out four. Bergan is 15-6 and hosts Lincoln Pius X, today, at 5pm at Novak Field. The game will be broadcast on Mix 105.5, FM.
