Man arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace, stalking

Fremont police arrested a man on suspicion of disturbing the peace and stalking outside of a residence on Wednesday.
At about 1:30 a.m., Carlos Pineda-Aguilar, 34, of Fremont was arrested outside of a residence in the 1000 block of North Lincoln Avenue.
The residence is the home of a former acquaintance. Pineda-Aguilar is accused of sitting outside the house and following the person around town earlier in the evening.
