A Fremont woman was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of resisting arrest following a welfare check at a residence in the 2200 block of East 22nd Street.
Kristen E. Utterback, 39, was arrested following a welfare check at the residence. As officers attempted to take Utterback into custody, she allegedly became combative, physically struggling with officers. She refused to comply with commands from police attempting to take her into custody.
