The Fremont Police Department reported incidents from the weekend.
On Saturday at about 8:20 p.m., Robert W. Allen, 31, of Fremont was cited on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Allen was cited after an officer stopped to check on a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business in the 1000 block of North Broad Street.
On Sunday, at about 10 p.m., Isaiah J. Valdez, 19, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of violating probation and being a minor in possession of alcohol following a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 2400 block of North Nye Avenue.
