FREMONT – Fremont Police responded to two hit and run property damage accidents Monday morning, February 15, 2021.
At 10:55 am, a hit and run property damage accident was reported in the parking lot of a business located in the 600 block of east 23rd Street. A 2016 Hyundai Sonata that was parked and unoccupied was reported damaged. A red pickup believed to be driven by a male with a beard backed into the Sonata and then left the scene. Damage to the Sonata is estimated at $750.
The other report was received at approximately 9:00 am Monday at a residence in the 2000 block of east 27th Street. The damage reported was to a mailbox that appeared to have been hit by a passing vehicle. The estimated damage is $100.
