FREMONT – On Thursday, January 28, at approximately 12:40 am, Hugh L. Pederson, 31, of Valley, NE was arrested on suspicion of possession a controlled substance (meth) following a traffic stop in the 3000 block of east Military Avenue.
A passenger, Jodi M. Robichaud, 39, of Wahoo, NE was also arrested on the same charge. The arrests came after meth and drug paraphernalia were found in the car they were occupying.
