FREMONT – On Monday, January 11, at approximately 10:00 pm, Skyler J. Linn, 29, of Fremont was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and strangulation following a disturbance complaint at a residence in the 1600 block of west 10th Street. FPD also charged Linn with disorderly conduct, obstructing, resisting arrest, and child abuse.
