FREMONT – Fremont Police arrested a Lincoln man during a traffic stop Monday, November 23, after determining the license plates were fictitious.
At approximately 4:15 pm, Fremont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of east 23rd Street.
It was determined that Corey J. Bartlett, 28, of Lincoln, NE was driving with a revoked license and he was arrested after an officer determined the plates on his vehicle were registered to another vehicle.
Bartlett was also charged with driving without an ignition interlock device, no proof of insurance, no proof of ownership, operating an unregistered vehicle, and fictitious plates.
