FREMONT – On Sunday, November 8, Fremont Police were called to the 300 block of West 23rd Street due to a report of criminal mischief.
FPD was able to identify the suspect as Todd Schreck, 55, of Fremont. Schreck was cited for criminal mischief and 2nd-degree criminal trespassing.
Also on Sunday, Fremont officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of North Maple St. in reference to a trespass complaint.
The suspect was identified as 41-year-old Juan G. Montante-Sanchez. He was cited and released for 2nd-degree criminal trespassing.
